Steve Wallach brings decades of experience in the cruise and entertainment industries. Starting in the 1970s, Steve worked aboard ships as an Entertainer and Cruise Director for major cruise lines such as Costa Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and more. - Tami Newton, Director of Operations
Tami Newton has been with ETA since 2005, bringing exceptional administrative and event planning skills. She plays a key role in client support, and her dedication has earned praise from clients who appreciate her knowledge and attentiveness. - Traci Eells-Butts, Marketing Director
Traci joined ETA with a robust background in marketing and promotions. She has owned an art studio and worked in marketing for a healthcare corporation. Her expertise in promotions and corporate group business has added new dimensions to ETA’s marketing strategies.

ETA’s onboard team and Road Captains are dedicated professionals with extensive experience. Known for their friendliness and knowledge, they ensure guests have an enjoyable and well-informed experience on the cruises. He has also toured with world-renowned artists, including Stevie Wonder, Billy Ray Cyrus, Michael Jackson, Pink Floyd, and others. Combining his knowledge of the cruise industry and event planning, Steve creates unique and memorable cruise experiences. He also serves as a consultant for various cruise lines, enhancing onboard and theme programs.
